Raft & Kayak Race

The final event of the weekend is a 4-mile sprint from Kingfisher Creek (KFC) to Two Rocks Rapid, open to rafts and kayaks. This hard-hitting Class III-IV race is a wild ride with pushy water and powerful hydraulics. Participants must have adequate boating and safety skills. This is not for beginners.

Logistics

Partcipants will meet at Kingfisher Creek at 8:30am, and kayakers should have drysuits on and gear ready. The kayak race will start after a safety meeting and gear check. The raft race will start once all kayakers are off the river.
